Air Force: no plant ot retire A-10
Article Abstract:
Maj. Gen. David Deptula denied reports in the New York Times (May 27, 2003) that he had ordered subordinates to write a memo "justifying the decommissioning of the A-10 fleet." In fact, plans are that the Air Force will continue using the A-10 until about 2028.
