Admiral: Solipsys available to all CEC competitors

Article Abstract:

Rear Adm. Tom Bush stated that a new technology now owned by Raytheon would be available to all bidders for the contract, which could amount to $1 billion to build the Navy's next-generation sensor-netting system known as Cooperative Engagement Capability Block II. Raytheon acquired the technology when it bought Solipsys.
