Computerizing CSFs

Article Abstract:

Critical success factors are those elements that are necessary for a person's business achievement and successful performance and can be monitored using a computer. The level of success for each factor must be determined as well as what is necessary to achieve that level such as phoning clients to maintain customer service through contact. A computer can be used to track all customer contact and then evaluate whether a person has attained the established goals through reports at reasonable intervals.
