Article Abstract:
There are several difficult issues which need to be tackled in order to reform the United States medical care system, a task which has now been officially undertaken by Hillary Clinton's task force. Issues such as entitlements and exempt uses will follow the oil model, and more will be revealed in a forthcoming book by Al Gore explaining his project.

Article Abstract:
A satirical account of the US healthcare system is presented using San Marino's 'lunch' insurance system as model. Since lunch takes up around 14% of the country's GDP and 13% of the working population has no lunch insurance, San Marino's captains regent have proposed four major lunch reform packages. The Liberteens for Lunch Bunch also propose that people be allowed to save for their own lunch expenses in a special Lunchisave account with the same tax benefits as lunch insurance.

Article Abstract:
The economics governing automobile insurance can be applied to medical insurance in order to solve the numerous problems plaguing the US healthcare system. Insurance payments should be separated from services rendered in order to reintroduce the concept of a price-sensitive consumer into the system. 'Sickness' insurance or conventional indemnity policies should also be reintroduced.
