Article Abstract:
Both supporters and opponents of abortion agree that the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) tentative approval of RU-486 has changed the abortion debate. Rather than continuing with its across-the-board approach, the pro-life movement intends to focus on narrow legal issues linked with abortion and on lobbying. The FDA has not yet decided on how RU-486 will be labeled and marketed.

Article Abstract:
Four Texas cities have been involved in lawsuits regarding in excess of $4.5 bil in cost overruns of the South Texas Nuclear Project. One of the key defendants in the suits has been the Houston Lighting and Power Co. Attorney Tom Heiden represented San Antonio, TX and got the city over twice the settlement which Austin eventually secured at trial.
