Article Abstract:
This study examined individual's responses to unfavorable group feedback. Repression is one way of coping: denying the existence of a potential threat, and not expressing anxiety. Sensitization is another coping behavior: amplifying the threat and expressing anxiety. Repression- sensitization (R-S) constructs are used to examine coping behavior and predict impact on morale and performance.
