Article Abstract:

A highly productive and adaptive labour force helps companies compete sucessfully in global markets. This can be achieved by implementing pay for performance plans (PFP). The PFP models are vary according to organizations. PFP improves pay satisfaction by creating an organization culture that fosters commitment.
