Associations must span agent generation gap

Article Abstract:

Agent associations must recruit new and younger members in order to maintain their membership rates. Associations have trouble attracting members of younger generations who are not as willing to join organizations as previous generations. Double-income families are also less able to spend time volunteering at agent associations. If recruited, younger members can also incorporate technology into the association, and bring older members in line with new advances.
