Article Abstract:
Insurance representatives are quick to counter Anderson Kill and Olick founder Eugene Anderson's criticisms against the insurance industry. While Anderson believes that insurers do not pay claims in the hope that claimants will not put up with the cumbersome process, senior partner at Epstein Becker & Green David E.
