Article Abstract:
A study using behavioral approach and analyzing theoretical perspective of strategic human resource management (SHRM) on high reliability organizations (HROs) is presented. Eight reliability-oriented employee behaviors (ROEBs) are identified, which foster organizational reliability are considered especially for those organizations, which operate under 'trying conditions.'

In preparing the personnel management department of the Albert Einstein Healthcare Networkfor change to the new organizational paradigm, it was found the change needs to be pursued, that models can assist in making changes, and that Human Resources can facilitate a change-oriented organization, using guiding practices and programs.

Article Abstract:
The need to organize right number of people at the right time in the right places for obtaining optimal performance of the organization is discussed. The role of human resource department in this context is highlighted. Suggestions are also offered for organizing such flexibility within the organization.
