The relationship between HRM avenues of political influence and perceived organizational performance
Article Abstract:
Responses of 441 Australian senior human resource managers to an online survey were examined to study the relationship of the HRM function's access to avenues of political influence and organizational performance. Perceived organizational performance was predicted by CEO support and organizational support for HRM.
