This article discusses the international campaign for the World Trade Organization to include a labor rights clause. The author argues that the campaign has successfully highlighted the need for core labor standards, but needs to broaden its base to include development-related demands, increase union involvement from developing countries, and increase membership mobilization to complement lobbying and political activity.

Illinois Labor and the Return to Class Politics

This article details a survey and the methods used regarding a union election in Illinois. Results showed that if a union member felt a strong identification with the union and its' ideals, the worker would vote for the candidate that had strong union backing.
