The indivisibility of risk - the management of employee benefits and care for the elderly

Article Abstract:

'Pre-loss risk reduction' is a strategic approach to the management of risks associated with employee benefits and health care for the elderly. Such a strategy can be applied through the use of risk reduction devices such as health promotion and illness-prevention programs, occupational schemes and morbidity of compression. The efficiency and cost-effectiveness of these approaches are well-documented. Risk management can also be optimized through the implementation of balanced pension provisions, collective pension systems, advanced funding and incorporated state and private health care provisions.
