Article Abstract:

Studies on the behavior of executives are conducted in order to understand the reasons for their failure, which are outlined as lack of competencies or development and their unethical behavior. Results raise questions about traditional assessment methods and make a case for rethinking how leaders are selected, developed and promoted.

Article Abstract:

Career insecurity, brought about by the fear of downsizing, mergers or outsourcing, can reduce creativity and morale in the workplace. Several strategies that companies can use to help employees cope with uncertainties are presented.
