CRE to investigate Crown Prosecution Service

Article Abstract:

The UK's Commission for Racial Equality is investigating the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for violations of the Race Relations Act. This investigation will center on the Croydon office, but other investigations of the CPS are also underway.

Prison service is racist, the CRE concludes

The investigation undertaken by the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) has found HM Prison Service guilty of racial discrimination. The findings of the investigation in relation to treatment of ethnic minority prison staff are described.
