Lords rule on harassment and liability

Article Abstract:

The House of Lords reviewed two cases involving sex discrimination. The first was MacDonald v. Advocate-General for Scotland The second case was Pearce v. Governing Body of Mayfield Secondary School. Both cases involved homosexual teachers being subjected to sexual harassment at work.
