Employers failing to support flexibility

Article Abstract:

Survey results are discussed in this article regarding employers reactions to work-life balance initiatives currently being addressed by the federal government. Most employers do not look highly on such practices and do not welcome the governments involvement according to survey results.

Parents expect more from employers

Article Abstract:

Information and statistics about the current view of employees towards employer financed child care is discussed. The majority of people surveyed believe that the government and/or their employer should help with the financial aspects of child care.
