Antecedents and consequences of dimensions of human resource management practices in Vietnam

Article Abstract:

The ways in which human resource management (HRM) practices influence organizational efficacy in developing countries are discussed. The report is based on a study of 137 cross-sector firms of Vietnam. It is shown that five attributes of HRM practices are presently being used in Vietnam.
