The trend towards a global business environment makes it imperative for multinational corporations to develop centers of authority in countries where they maintain operations and train and equipped local managers with the right technological tools. These goals can be achieved if multinationals would adopt an international human resource strategy centered on finding the right people to steer the company towards success.
