Article Abstract:

This paper examines the achievement of organizational effectiveness through the promotion of women into positions of management in Israeli organizations . Accordingly, study findings suggest a positive and significant connection between high-quality human resource management and fairness in promoting women.

The relationship between trust, HRM practices and firm performance

The way in which human resource management (HRM) practices intercede the effect of organizational trust mechanism on enhancing firm performance is examined. The analysis is based on a survey in which 104 human resource managers from the leading firms of Israel participated.
