A relatively unexplored dimension within the IHRM literature: whether JV CEOs and representatives of their foreign parents' regional headquarters differ in their evaluations of JV effectiveness. Individual employee voice: renegotiation and performance management in public services

Article Abstract:

The non-codified elements of employee's work, including those that are subject of 'psychological contracts' are examined, as these aspects of work need to adapt to the changing needs of organization. Ways on how collective employee voice may help to boost individual-level integrative negotiation are discussed.
