Elan Contemporary Furnishings of Omaha, NE, displays its furniture using artful arrangements that attract customers. The store presents its displays with plenty of accessories, and accessories comprise a large portion of its sales. In one bedroom display, Elan exhibited its arrangement technique. Backdrop pictures with rich colors were contrasted with mostly dark colors, designs on accessories were kept simple, the bedding was in basic black and lamps from George Kovacs Lighting were chosen to arrive at a contemporary look.

RTA retail pioneer moves to larger store

Express Furniture offers retail furniture at an affordable price, immediate availability, and as much customer service as required, all of which has added to its success.

HOM plans bigger units

HOM Furniture's next two stores will be larger than its previous ones. Both stores, which will be located in the Minneapolis Twin Cities region, will have 150,000-square-feet of space.
