The new facility, which will serve as Bekaert Textiles' first production facility in the US, is scheduled for completion in March 1999 and is expected to be up and running by the second quarter of 1999. The new plant will produce ticking and is expected to cut the time spent by Bekaert for delivering products to bedding manufacturers in the US.
