Patrick and Carole Mallory transformed an abandoned warehouse into an a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home. Combining features of converted Soho warehouses and Southern California architecture, the home is open, airy and sparsely decorated.

Article Abstract:

A couple hired New York architect Angelo Costa to help them enlarge their A-frame home, let in more light and create a space that would take advantage of the view. The renovation began in 1988 and was finally finished in 1992.
