The rural retreat of New York City art dealer Roger Ricco and his wife, psychotherapist Cia Ricco, is featured. The home, situated on a 10-acre plot in the rural Northeast and inspired by classic Mediterranean villas, is the work of principle designer Peter Reynolds and project architect Robert Butscher.

Dietsche and Costa built a pair of Colonial-style clapboard beach houses near Wilmington, NC. Both houses are 20 by 20 feet, yet include a bedroom and bath on both the second and third floors, a full kitchen and enough living space to accomodate a 10-person dinner party.
