Sneak in good nutrition

Article Abstract:

Vegetables such as zucchini, spinach and sweet potatoes can be used as extenders by cleverly mixing them with other more flavorful recipes. This is an effective ploy for getting children, most of whom are vegetable haters, to reconsider their food choices.
