Scalloping on the edge

Article Abstract:

Steinhatchee, Florida, is one of the few places that allows recreational scalloping. Depending on the water temperature and currents, the scallops could be right off the beach, or they could be farther off shore. One woman rented a boat for half a day, and collected 2 gallons of scallops while snorkeling.
