A supper menu featuring grilled dishes, including dessert, is presented. The herbed pork chops can be broiled 20 minutes before mealtime, followed by the Parmesan vegetables eight minutes later, and the bread after another eight minutes. The fruit kabobs can be grilled briefly once the coals have cooled.
