Carmen Almon is one of the rare breeds of artists who make botanical artifacts with metal and paint but her products transcend all barriers of beauty. Living in France, the botanical artist has traveled all over the world but she maintains that the New York Botanical Garden shaped her life, describing her ambition to create an impression of the way a plant would be in space.
