A porch their way
Article Abstract:
Barbara and Jim Morasso of Matthews, NC has been able to construct a porch as their first do-it-yourself project. To guarantee the durability of the porch, they have used pressure-treated pine. They also used "back-priming" to reduce moisture absorption and rotting of the wood.

Roller shades can be made more stylish and elegant by a crown molding with a gilt finish in front. The accent is easy to do and will not strain one's budget. A five-step guide in adding a gilt cornice to roller shades is presented.
