The Small Model Aviation Lover's League (SMALL) held their annual event at Maumelle, Little Rock, AR. The event included competitions, such as the "generosity contest" and the "Had the most fun contest". The organization was founded by Randy Randolph and Joe Wagner.

Sponsors play a key part in organizing model aircraft competitions and other events. Not only do they shoulder part of the expenses that will take care of the facilities to be used and the prizes but also play a big part in the event promotions.
