The Webra Silverline .61 model airplane engine is based on the Silverline .61 designed in 1964 in Germany by Guenther Bodemann. There has been very little modification. It is important to use a substantial quantity of lubrication oil and an additional muffler is required.

Gasoline make engines run hotter than alcohol fuels because not much heat is dissipated when vaporizing in the carburetor. Alcohol engines cool faster than gasoline engines because of it has a liquid cooling property.
