Article Abstract:

Yamaha Marine will introduce its first high-pressure, direct-injected outboard motor in late 1999. The motor will have a 2.6 liter V-6 engine that is rated between 175 to 200 horsepower. Its exhaust emissions are expected to meet EPA's mandate for the year 2006.
