Article Abstract:

A brief history of the country, its geographical description and government structure is presented. Internationally, the country is represented by two co-princes, one from Spain and one from France. Both countries issue stamps for Andorra. A brief description of several interesting stamps are given.

Tadzhikistan

Article Abstract:

Tadzhikistan has issued several stamps honoring its national culture and heritage since its independence from the former USSR in 1991. Four stamps issued in 1992 depict ancient monuments, animals and musical instruments. The history and culture of Tadzhikistan is discussed.

Inspiration of independence frequently honored

Article Abstract:

The Philippines has issued more stamps to commemorate the independence efforts of Jose Rizal than any other person. Rizal began his campaign for Philippine independence in 1887, and was executed for his activities in Dec 1896 at the age of 35.
