Andrew H. Card Jr., White House chief of staff who has a low key personality, holds one of the White House's most powerful positions and has also had a successful career in the private sector as president and chief executive officer of the American Automobile Manufacturer's Association (AAMA) and then as vice president for government relations at General Motors (GM). He was also nominated for the Cabinet level position of secretary of transportation during George H. W. Bush's presidency.

The success story of Mark Fields, executive vice president, Ford of Europe and Premier Automotive Group is presented. At the year 2005 Geneva Motor Show, he reported that in the year 2004, despite a highly competitive market, adverse exchange rates, and increases in the prices of raw materials and parts, Ford of Europe had turned a profit, and Ford had increased its share of the European market by 0.1 percent over its share in 2003, to 8.7 percent.

Joel Silver, one of Hollywood's most successful film producers, ushered to screen the first two films in the highly popular 'Die Hard' series and 'Lethal Weapon' which were top earning movies. Credited with reintroducing the action/adventure genre, he started his own company Silver Pictures in 1985 as part of Warner Bros and gained a reputation of one of the most successful producers of action films.
