Article Abstract:

Hypothyroidism most commonly affects women between 35 and 60. The nonspecific, fatigue-like symptoms of the disease make it difficult to diagnose without a test to measure thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) in the blood. Once diagnosed, the disease is easily treated with synthetic hormones.

Article Abstract:

People who are successful in losing weight are motivated from within, they set a goal of attaining an ideal weight and work toward and do not allow setbacks to derail their plans. It is important to decide upon a personal reason for wanting to lose weight.
