Article Abstract:

The biggest decision anyone can make is of becoming a nurse and it requires one to be confident that his or her university and course offers the right mix of theoretical and practical training, which is very important for every nursing student. The various guidelines recommended for all first-year students to take the decision of which university and course they are to choose is discussed.

The predictions of nursing leaders

Article Abstract:

The only way that one can predict the future is by gaining the positions of influence and power to shape things, which are yet to come. A potentially smaller but more stable and career oriented nursing workforce must be educated to a minimum of graduate level.
