The evidence in favor of cutting dietary fat is overwhelming. It readily converts to body fat and contributes to heart disease. Reducing requires limiting total calories and exercise, but lowering fat alone is healthy. Some snacks low in fat are suggested.

Binge Eating Disorder (BED) has a specific set of symptoms. BED sufferers overeat significantly at least two times per week for a minimum of six months. They often feel out of control with regard to food. New treatment includes the use of antidepressants.
