Article Abstract:

According to the World Health Organization's (WHO) report on road traffic injury prevention there are about 1.2 million road deaths each year. In the report that has been released WHO emphasizes the collaborative and integrated efforts of each government, each country and each citizen in solving the problem of traffic accidents.
