Local dystrophin restoration with antisense oligonucleotide PRO051

Article Abstract:

A study to assess the benefits if any to patients afflicted with Duchenne's muscular dystrophy who were administered antisense oligonucleotide PRO051 is conducted. Results show positive benefits among patients who received the intramuscular dose leaving scope for further studies.

Autism, the neurobehavioral syndrome and the ongoing research to try and establish methods for solution is discussed. Some of the different studies are discussed to try and understand the genomic contributors to autism.
