Decline in mortality due to varicella after implementation of varicella vaccination in the United States

Article Abstract:

National death records are reviewed in order to examine the effect of the vaccination program on mortality associated with varicella. The findings indicate that the program of universal childhood vaccination against varicella in the United States has resulted in a sharp decline in the rate of death due to varicella.

Ischemic and thrombotic effects of dilute diesel-exhaust inhalation in men with coronary heart disease

Article Abstract:

The various ischemic and thrombotic effects of dilute diesel-exhaust and air pollution on the different functions in men with coronary heart disease are studied. The analysis reveals that the exposure to combustion-derived air pollution leads to several cardiovascular problems in men.
