Safety and health legislation moving through Congress - again

Article Abstract:

The safety reforms bill of Rep. Charlie Norwood has once again failed to get to an approval from Congress. The bill intends to bring alterations to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 that would be less burdensome on small businesses.
