The course, which culminates in the brutal Hell Week, is designed to make the world's toughest warrior.

Airlines have one of the worst customer satisfaction ratings out of 34 industries rated, with observers believing there may have been up to 38 million airline passengers with complaints in 1998. Airlines can be criticized for delays and cancellations, rude employees and ever-smaller seat space.

Last chance for two small boys
