The 1996 Life Dream House designed by Graves was made with the idea of creating a house of average size and for an average cost. Graves set out to create a home that is far removed from the all-too-bland homes that are commonly constructed in the US, where cost has become the prime motivator.

Architect Dennis Wedlick has designed an affordable house that combines many of his client's most requested features. Wedlick designed in possible variations on a 2,100 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and many windows to allow in a lot of natural light.
