Five described here are Logee's Greenhouses in Danielson, CT, Merry Gardens in Camden, ME, one at Smith College in Northampton, MA, Equinox Valley Nursery in Manchester, VT, and the Elliot Rose Nursery in Dover, NH.

Mike Lowe grows different varieties of old roses. His house in New Hampshire is surrounded by large beds of roses. He also grows special types of roses and considers 'Madame Desprez' as the hardest variety to find.
