Liquid diets: you may lose more than you gain

Article Abstract:

Dieters prefer to buy much-publicized over-the-counter liquid diets because those cost less than medically managed plans for reducing weight. However, the efficacy of these diets, have not been proven. In view of questions on health side effects, dieters should regularly consult a doctor to monitor the effects of a non-medically imposed diet.

Europe and Asia have experienced the numerous benefits offered by modern train technologies, such as magnetic levitation and high-speed and electric trains. Despite their advantages however, the US has been slow in adopting the new technologies to ease highway congestion and save on fuel.

Around 5,000 attended the dedication of the Korean War Memorial in Washington, DC, on Jul 27, 1995. The long-overdue memorial commemorates the dead, the former POWs and other veterans of what has become the forgotten war.
