Strawberries have been an big part of New England life since the Pilgrims, and strawberry festivals and socials are held in all six states. Included are recipes for strawberry lemonade, summer strawberry soup, two strawberry salads, strawberry rhubarb pie and Beth Bourne's famous shortcake biscuits.
