Profiles of the seven worst judges in the US judicial system are given. The seven are Bradford C. Timbers of Lehigh County, PA, Mark Kennedy of Montgomery, AL, Rosemary Beckett of Miami, FL, Charles McRae of Jackson, MS, Lorin Duckman of New York, NY, James R. Giddings of Ingham County, MI, and David Ramirez of Denver, CO.

Article Abstract:

Judges who, by their rulings and actions, engage in improper conduct or abuse their authority victimize ordinary citizens. Four of the country's worst judges were identified from court records and interviews with prosecutors, defense lawyers, legal experts and victims of crime.
