America's stolen children

Article Abstract:

Thousands of Americans who were granted custody of their children lose them to their estranged foreign espouses through abduction. Despite the prevalence of these abduction cases, the State Dept nor the Dept of Justice failed to extend enough help for Americans to get their children back.
