A tale of two widows

Two widows of taxi drivers, who were shot and killed while on the job, helped each other deal with their misery. They also spoke publicly to urge city officials to require the use of safety partitions in taxi cabs to prevent the incidents that happened to their husbands.

Article Abstract:

The public mistakenly believes that no one pays when the government offers free services. The Clinton administration's encouragement of this notion only serves to mislead Americans and results in more wasteful spending of federal resources.
